Refund Policy

Any and all deposits or part payments of any nature paid to Treetop-arborist are non-refundable. This includes deposits taken for services such as, but not limited to: tree removals, tree pruning, tree lopping, stump removal an arborist reports. Tree-top arborist accepts no liability for monetary losses incurred by forfeited deposits or part payments under any circumstances. All deposits become automatically forfeited should an individual or business using any services of Treetop-arborist fail to provide sufficient information, assets, or the directives required to complete any given project within a reasonable time period. Treetop arborist is not responsible for the safekeeping or storage of any individual's or business's information.
